Q: Where Are My Items Shipping From?

Any products such as shoes, bags, are being shipped from Asia. Although our products are coming from Asia, the quality is outstanding, our shipping times are competitive and our pricing is unbeatable.

All other products such printed apparel (t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, phone cases, etc) are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States.

Our custom printed items are shipped with DHL EXPRESS!

Q: What Are The Estimated Delivery Times On My Orders?

International Delivery Time Estimates: 2-4 Weeks (Does Not Include Final Destination Tracking)

Q: When Will I Receive Tracking Information On My Order(s)?

Tracking numbers will be made available within the specified time frames below and will be automatically sent to customers via the email provided in their order.

Pillow Covers: 5-7 days after order processing.

Cloth Tote Bags: 5-7 days after order processing.

Crew Socks: 5-7 days after order processing.

Leather Tote Bags: 7-10 days after order processing.

Shoulder Handbags: 7-10 days after order processing.

Canvas Saddle Bags: 7-10 days after order processing.

Q: Why Isn't The Tracking Data Showing On My Tracking Number?

For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show. Make sure you are using the correct tracking number and you can track it on thekdom.com/pages/track-your-order

For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show. Make sure you are using the correct tracking number and you can track it on thekdom.com/pages/track-your-order. Be advised, international orders are non-refundable once shipped and will not show destination delivery data.

Q: I Would Like To Change/Cancel An Order, How Do I Do That?

We work on an ALL sales are final policy. This means that you cannot cancel, return, or receive a refund for an order unless it is an error on our end.

Q:  I Am Not Happy With The Shoe Size And Fit. What Should I Do?

In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit of their shoe, we will process a one-time free exchange for the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order. Any costs related to exchanges past the first free exchange must be covered by the customer.

In order for a free exchange to be processed, customers must provide the following information:

  • a reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow)
  • the new size requested by the customer
  • customer name and order number

You will not be required to return the original shoes to receive a free exchange under this policy.

To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our product specifications pages for canvas shoessuede boots.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.

Q: It Says My Address Is Not Found

A: We ship using the United States Post Office. If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. USPS.com “find zip code” can help you find your specific abbreviations and how USPS will verify your address.

Q: I Don’t Understand Your Shirt Sizing Chart.

A: If you lay out flat a shirt you own now that is comfortable and measure across at the bottom of the sleeves, you should be able to find something very close on our chart that will work for you. Remember, the measurements in the chart are for the shirt, not the person that is meant to wear it.

 Q: How Do I Return Or Exchange My Shirt?

A: Please Email us at support@thekdom.com and let us know what the problem is! We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember, these are custom printed shirts, made to order. Once printed, we cannot un-print them or return them to stock. So, we will try to work out something to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase! 

If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. If you would like to make an exchange please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. 

Q: There Is A Faint Outline Around My Shirt Design.

A: Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don’t worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.

Q: You Made A Mistake On My Order.

A: We are very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. Email support@thekdom.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you to send us a picture of the error we made so we can a) verify your claim and b) call you to correct it.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house. So, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next, so please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, just remember that they are on the way!


Q: How Do I Know This Website Is Safe?

  • We are secured by Shopify, a well-known E-Commerce platform. Also, we guarantee a SAFE & SECURE CHECKOUT. Payments are processed through Shopify through major card companies shown in the image below. We do not have access to any information about you or your card.
